Element overrides are per map rather than per mode: the modes are shared with every other map in the product, and only this one is embedded in a wizard. Each boundary now carries a one-item legend naming itself in the colour it drew. The workbench listed a layer by name and said nothing about which line on the plan it was. The per-item menu read `terria.elements` itself, which is not how any other control does it. Both it and "Remove All" now go through `withControlledVisibility` with their config passed in, as the menu bar's buttons do, under `workbench-item-menu` and `workbench-remove-all`. Remove All clears the workbench in one press, which an application embedding the map in a flow of its own has as little use for as the per-item menu. A menu bar group is rounded at its two ends through :first-child and :last-child. A hidden control rendered nothing but left its list item behind, so hiding the help squared off the right of the Display settings button beside it. MONOREPO_REV_ID: ff1819b480d294f2cf1ac48015de8c59e6e94adf
The element is named for the "..." menu, but it gated the whole row of viewing controls, so a map that hid it lost "Ideal zoom" and "About data" as well - both of which only read a layer, and both of which the design keeps on each workbench item.
