        JAKARTA, iNews.id - Majelis Kehormatan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MKMK) menolak seluruh gugatan etik yang diajukan Tim Hukum Merah Putih, C Suhadi Cs terhadap sembilan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang mengadili gugatan ijazah Wakil Presiden (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Kamis (5/11/2026). Terdapat lima laporan yang dilayangkan C Suhadi Cs terkait dugaan pelanggaran kode etik para hakim MK tersebut dalam menangani perkara Nomor 01/PHPU.PRES-XXIV/2026 yang diputus pada awal Oktober 2026.

        Dalam putusannya, MKMK menyatakan laporan Nomor 05/MKMK/L/10/2026 ditolak seluruhnya. Begitu juga laporan Nomor 06/MKMK/L/10/2026 yang diputus ditolak seluruhnya.

        Sementara itu, laporan Nomor 07/MKMK/L/10/2026 dinyatakan tidak dapat diterima. Adapun laporan Nomor 08/MKMK/L/10/2026 dan Nomor 09/MKMK/L/10/2026 juga diputus ditolak seluruhnya.

        "Demikian diputus dalam Rapat Majelis Kehormatan oleh tiga Anggota Majelis Kehormatan, yaitu I Dewa Gede Palguna sebagai Ketua merangkap Anggota, Ridwan Mansyur sebagai Sekretaris merangkap Anggota, dan Yuliandri sebagai Anggota pada Rabu (28/10/2026)," kata Ketua MKMK I Dewa Gede Palguna dalam persidangan di MK, Jakarta.

        Dalam laporannya, C Suhadi Cs mempersoalkan sejumlah hal terkait proses pemeriksaan dan putusan MK atas perkara sengketa PHPU Presiden dan Wakil Presiden 2024.
