Every user-visible string on the main passenger and driver screens now comes from the Arabic and English ARB files.

• Map & alerts: the arrival card, "your trip route", the checkpoint panel and sheets, notices, distances and durations are translated. Checkpoint status labels and the entering/leaving lines are translated too.
• Map callouts: the map used to pick a callout's icons by looking for Arabic words like "دخول:". It now reads structured details attached to each marker, so it works the same in both languages.
• Trip screen:
  • Status shows as a word ("Accepted" / "مقبول") instead of a raw code like ACCEPTED.
  • Origin/destination fallbacks, "km" and durations are translated.
  • Arabic text now lines up on the right as it should in right-to-left layout.
  • The old place-name dictionary is removed. No real trip could reach it.
• My trips: the copy is translated, and the language picker now actually switches the language. It is the same picker as in settings.
• Driver trip: the remaining-route card, the ETA card, the checkpoint sheets and the fail/cancel dialogs are translated.
• Auth, onboarding (incl. Google), password/credential dialogs, passenger settings, help and the rate sheet: the inline authText(context, en, ar) helper is replaced by ARB keys.
• Delivery handover copy: moved to ARB, and the admin-override text now says "درب" instead of the old brand name.
• Smaller fixes:
  • Merchant tab labels, the sidebar copy and the app title (onGenerateTitle) are translated.
  • The request-cancel confirmation is translated.
  • The assistant no longer uses the Arabic comma in English dates.
  • Request details no longer shows its title twice.
  • The Home "new ride" card is translated.

Behaviour fixes

• Checkpoint times: real timestamps now show in the phone's own time zone, so daylight saving is handled. The old code added a fixed UTC+3. Provider times that have no time zone are shown exactly as given.
• Home and My trips refresh themselves every few seconds while on screen, using the existing ForegroundRefresh pattern. A driver accepting, starting or completing a trip shows up without pull-to-refresh, and a failed background read never blanks the list.
• The "my location" buttons on the passenger and driver trip maps did nothing before. They now:
  • ask for the location permission;
  • centre the map on the phone's position and mark it;
  • explain the problem when location is off, permission is refused, or the phone is outside the service area.
• Sign-in edge cases:
  • When the server asks for email verification, the login screen now shows the "Verify email" option its message refers to.
  • After a failed login, "Check application status" works again.
  • Retrying a session restore can no longer get stuck on "authenticating" when secure storage throws.
  • The documents card offers Retry when its list fails to load.
  • Notifications keep polling after a failed first load.
  • The Google button is retried after a failed capabilities check, instead of staying hidden until the app restarts.

Tests

• flutter analyze and dart format are clean. flutter test: 987 passed (966 before).
• New tests cover:
  • switching language on the Map, trip and My trips screens;
  • the My trips language picker;
  • checkpoint time formatting;
  • structured callouts;
  • Home and My trips polling;
  • the my-location button (allowed, refused, outside the area);
  • the verify-email option;
  • "check application status" after a failed login;
  • restore retry;
  • documents retry;
  • notification recovery;
  • Google capability retry.
• Existing tests that expected Arabic text while running in English were updated.

Not covered here

• Merchant screens that still have inline Arabic/English copy (merchant_bulk_orders_screen, merchant_profile_screen, merchant_design, merchant_home_screen and similar) are left for the merchant workstream, to avoid conflicts.
• The checkpoint name fallback حاجز in the checkpoint model is unchanged.
